What do you FEAR?

What do you fear?

We all have fears or phobias don’t we? Some may be as silly as a spider (though not so small in Florida!!). Some may be extreme such as being terrified of death. Whatever fears we face- there is a solution!
John 16:33-
I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]

The Lord has overcome every situation we face , and everything we fear. All sickness and disease, sorrow, abandonment, weakness, heartbreak, offense, confusion, and every sin we have ever committed . But Jesus saved the best for last when he overcame the curse that hold us all bound to the sinful nature we are born into- DEATH.

Acts 13:37-
But He Whom God raised up [to life] saw no corruption [did not experience putrefaction and dissolution of the grave].

1 Thessalonians 4:14-
For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will also bring with Him through Jesus those who have fallen asleep [ in death].

NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE FACING, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
EVEN THOUGH SOMETIMES IT FEELS WE ARE WALKING THROUGH THIS LIFE- CARRYING THE PRESSURES AND WEIGHT ON OUR OWN,GOD IS HOLDING US EACH STEP OF THE WAY. JUST LIKE WE READ IN THE FOOTPRINTS ON THE SANDS POEM:

Last night I had a dream. I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonged to me, the other to the Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints.

This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. “Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You’d walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me.”

The Lord replied, “My son, my precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of suffering, when you could see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

I HAVE FOUND MYSELF ANGRY AT TIMES BECAUSE I FEEL ABANDONED. SOMETIMES WHEN I FEEL I NEED TO BE “REASSURED” THE MOST, IS WHEN I FEEL ALONE.
HAVE YOU FOUND THIS TO BE TRUE IN YOUR LIFE?
I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO HOLD STRONG TO THE PROMISES OF GOD’S WORD- THE PROMISES YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AS HIS CHILD.
THAT YOU ARE NEVER FORSAKEN, YOU ARE NEVER ALONE.
HE WILL CARRY YOU.
